Enterprise-Support to Management and Resources for Technical Services (eSMARTS) Positions

The eSMARTS contract is the key mechanism for delivering technical and management support to National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) core mission workforce competencies. In pursuit of this objective, providing support services to accomplish the activities associated with the known occupation specific focus areas are required. Over the life of the eSMARTS effort, additional support service areas may be identified by the customers related to NGA's 24 official occupations that are best satisfied within the scope of this contract, where such work will assist the Agency in achieving its core mission functions. Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) engineering oversight support to NGA will be covered in a separate ID/IQ contract and is not part of eSMARTS. These primary IC Functional Occupations, NGA's Official Occupations and related eSMARTS support services include Acquisition, Facilities, Financial, GEOINT, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Management, and Media.
